NESHH

who is she

Born in communist Poland. Raised barefoot in the Congo. Educated in the USA. Home is Cyprus.

Poland

Where it began

Born in communist Poland.

From a very young age I learned that love was conditional, and had to be earned. For years I believed pain was simply how life worked.

The Congo

Raised barefoot under the sun

Raised barefoot under the sun of the Democratic Republic of Congo — where I grew up and lived for many years, and where I would later return to work with private clients.

The USA

Educated, and then some

Educated in the USA.

Knowing and understanding aren’t the same as experiencing and feeling.

Pale sea-smoothed pebbles half buried in wet sand in low light.

Teaching what works, not what’s trending.

The unlearning

I had to take almost all of it apart

The work I do today is the result of unlearning and undoing much of what I was taught to believe.

When I stripped everything back, my own truth began to unfold — and with it, the feeling that had been there all along.

The work

Fifteen years, four languages, one signature method

Over fifteen years of guiding guests and private clients across the globe — from the quiet sanctuaries of Thailand’s finest resorts to private clients in the Congo — I developed a signature method rooted in practical, applicable body-based work, state-management, and deep presence.

There is no fixed formula. The work unfolds around the individual: what you arrive with, what is active in your nervous system, and what will genuinely serve you in the moment. It is considered, personal, and deeply discreet.

I work in English, French, Spanish, and Polish, with a natural understanding of other Slavic and Romance languages.

Cyprus

Home, today

Cyprus is what I call home today.

The walk through the village, past the olive and lemon trees, the stone walls and the smell of coffee — that becomes practice too. Cyprus isn’t just a pretty backdrop. It’s part of the practice.

“Neshh is more than a teacher, guide or a coach. She’s a natural! She’s 100% committed to those she works with.”
