Terms of use
terms
What this site is, what it is not, and what applies when you get in touch through it.
Who I am
This site is run by Agnieszka Anna Brzeska, trading as Neshh, Paphos, Cyprus. Contact: neshh.web@gmail.com.
What this site is
The site describes my explorations, private mentorship and collaborations, and lets you get in touch. Nothing is bought or booked on the site itself. Every engagement is agreed directly between us, with its own dates, price and terms, before anything is confirmed.
The photographs and videos
All photographs, videos, and written content on this site are mine, except the photographs of Brussels, which belong to other photographers and are credited on that page. Those are used under the Creative Commons licences named there, and it is those licences, not this page, that govern what you may do with them. Mine include images of Cyprus, of the places we work in, and of the people who have taken part in my events. Please do not copy, download, screenshot or reuse any of mine, in any form, without my written permission.
What my work is, and is not
My work is somatic, experiential and educational. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, and it does not replace care from a doctor, therapist or other professional. If you are dealing with a health condition, please speak to a professional before joining anything I offer. You take part on your own responsibility and are always free to stop.
Testimonials
The words from past participants on this site are their own experiences, shared with permission. They are not a promise of what you will experience.
Liability
I take care with everything on this site, but I cannot guarantee it is always complete or up to date. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Cyprus. If you are a consumer living somewhere else in the European Union, this does not take away the protections the law of your own country gives you, or your right to bring a claim there.
