Your Body’s Wisdom
Eight days of learning how to listen to what your body already knows.
This exploration is held in English.
Your body has been talking to you all along. The work is to learn how to listen, trust what you hear, and follow it.
Energising morning practice you take home with you, quiet evenings, four workshops, and two excursions where all of it gets tested outside the room.
You go home with an embodied, integrated practice, not just a memory of it.
who this exploration is for
For anyone ready to stop asking and start listening
You want the time and space to reconnect with yourself in a beautiful setting, surrounded by people on a similar path.
You sense what feels true and meaningful to you, and want to recognise it more clearly and bring it into your everyday life.
You are ready to begin this inner exploration with guidance and support — or you have already started and want to deepen your intuition and self-understanding.
All levels are welcome. Please let us know in advance about any health conditions or considerations we should be aware of.

what to expect
A space you can feel before you even park
The journey begins at the gates covered in pink flowers, and carries through the garden, the pool, the rooms, and onto the terrace where we gather for brunch and dinner.
Mornings are energising, while evenings invite mindful relaxation and restoration.
In between, there is space to do nothing at all: the beach, a nap, a hot chocolate, or a conversation with someone who is also in no rush. Presence is the practice, and it is best practised unhurried.

the days
The shape of them
- Every morning begins with a simple, take-home practice, followed by an hour of flowing sequences to open the body, clear the mind, and release toxins.
- Every evening settles into slower practices of gentle movement, restoration and relaxation.
- Four workshops and evening talks on alignment, emotional openness and the practical knowledge of integration.
- Two cultural excursions to embody the practices in the world, including a creative atelier and sunset picnic with Aphrodite.
- Daily brunches and dinners prepared by our caterer, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks always at hand.
- Generous time for yourself — for walks, the beach, the pool, a journal, a nap, or absolutely nothing at all.
what you leave with
What it is for
- Clarity about what your body, mind and heart are telling you, and how to tell the difference.
- Deeper trust in your own knowing and your ability to follow it.
- Simple practices to know how to ground yourself, clear the noise and come back to centre.
- More steadiness when life gets demanding.
- Freedom to follow what feels true, without guilt, overthinking or need for explanation.
- A stronger sense of what is a yes, a no, and what is simply not for you.
- A solid foundation for continuing the integration long after you leave.

We are expecting you from 3pm on 10 March 2027. Departure is on 17 March, after a farewell brunch, between 10 and 11am.
Can we book the airport transfer with you?
