terms of participation

1. Booking Your Spot

Your spot is confirmed after:

  • Completing the registration form and sending it to neshh.web@gmail.com;
  • Receiving banking details, which will be sent to you by email after submitting the form;
  • Paying a deposit of €500 within 48 hours of receiving the payment details.

Failure to pay the deposit within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

2. Payment Terms

The price of the exploration depends on the type of accommodation chosen.

  • The deposit amount is €500. It is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance can be paid in 3 instalments at no extra charge.
  • Full payment must be made no later than 8 February 2027.
  • Any payment received on or after 9 February 2027 will incur an additional fee of €100.

3. What is Included in the Price

The price includes:

  • 7 nights in a private villa with a pool;
  • Brunches and dinners;
  • All practices, workshops, activities, and excursions;
  • Guidance and support from the organisers throughout the stay.

The price does not include:

  • Airfare;
  • Airport transfers (to and from the airport);
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended);
  • Alcoholic beverages;
  • Personal expenses;
  • Additional services (e.g., individual sessions).

4. Cancellation Policy

We know that life doesn’t always go as planned. In the event of a cancellation, the following conditions apply:

  • Up to and including 25 January 2027: Refund of all amounts paid, except for the non-refundable €500 deposit.
  • From 26 January to 7 February 2027 inclusive: 50% refund of the total price of the stay; the deposit remains non-refundable.
  • From 8 February 2027 onwards: No refund can be issued.

In case of cancellation on the departure day or early departure from the exploration, no refund will be granted.

Special Cases

In case of cancellation due to a serious medical condition or death of a close family member, each situation will be evaluated individually. At our discretion, we may offer a credit voucher valid for 12 months towards a future exploration instead of a cash refund.

5. Transferring Your Spot

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person at no extra cost. The following conditions apply:

  • The replacement person must confirm their agreement by email;
  • They must complete the registration form and accept these Terms of Participation;
  • The organisers must be informed of the participant change no later than 48 hours before the start of the exploration (i.e., before 8 March 2027).

6. Cancellation of the Exploration by the Organisers

If the exploration is cancelled before it begins for reasons attributable to the organisers, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit and any additional payments made.

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions imposed by competent authorities), the organisers may offer:

  • Postponing participation to a later date;
  • A credit voucher valid for 12 months.

7. Health and Responsibility

Participation in all practices is entirely voluntary. This exploration is intended for personal development and does not under any circumstances constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Certain practices may evoke intense emotions. In the event of discomfort or a need for support, the participant agrees to inform the organisers.

Each participant engages in activities under their own responsibility and declares that their state of health permits them to take part in the activities planned in the programme.

8. Photos and Promotional Material

Photos and video recordings may be taken during the stay and used in Neshh’s communication and promotional materials.

Each participant decides, upon registration, whether or not to authorise the use of their image.

We fully respect every decision regarding privacy.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided in the registration form will be used exclusively for organising the exploration and communicating with participants.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force.

10. Acceptance of Conditions

Submitting the registration form and paying the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Participation.
